Not since Abraham Lincoln has there been a Black Suckerizer like Joe Biden.

What are we to do about Biden?
or
Why Sensible Blacks
don't want Biden

We wondered why Biden had NOT solved any of our problems, or even seemed to give them much concern. Now we know it's because his attention is on his White/Albino base, not on us Black suckers whose votes elected him.

AXIOS - Behind the Curtain: Biden's race problem. Nov 6, 2023.

It emerged quietly in the 2020 election, when Biden won — but lost ground among Hispanics and Black voters. It's clear from consistent trends across multiple polls that Biden is bleeding support among Hispanic voters and Black voters — especially younger ones, and especially in swing states. In one fascinating way, Biden is morphing into Trump when it comes to his base: It's old and white voters who seem most solid in their support. Biden's support among nonwhite voters dropped 33 points The more diverse a state, the worse Biden does, The Times found. Trump's support among Black voters popped up to 22 points, which The Times called "unseen in presidential politics for a Republican in modern times."

Biden's lead among Hispanics is in single digits in the six swing states polled (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin). Democrats typically win among Hispanics by 30+ points. A CBS News/YouGov poll out Sunday had a similarly worrisome finding for Democrats: "Hispanic voters are much likelier to say their finances would improve under Trump than Mr. Biden. And most Black voters do not expect their finances to change if Mr. Biden wins again." Then there's the war. As we wrote Sunday, liberal Jews and many minority Democratic leaders are locked in a bitter fight over Israel's response to the Hamas terrorist attack. Biden officials know that rift could deepen if the war escalates.

First - lets Check out this ingrate, ignorant-ass Cracker;

After twice running for the Presidency as Senator, and failing each time:
he finally reached VICE President as Barak Obama's Veep Choice.

In 2019 he was again failing miserably as a candidate for President, until the House "WHIP"
and South Carolina Congressman Jim Clyburn, gave his famous "We know Joe" speech.

Remembering - It took Biden three tries to get to the White House,
the first two—1988 and 2008—flaming out early and embarrassingly,
and even his final winning campaign in 2020, he struggled to gain traction and
seemed headed for another humiliating defeat until he got a last-minute rescue
from the Black and powerful South Carolina Congressman Jim Clyburn.

Newspaper Headline: Former VP Joe Biden secures endorsement from influential South Carolina
Rep. Jim Clyburn. The boost comes just three days before the Palmetto state's pivotal primary.

d

"I know Joe. We know Joe. But most importantly, Joe knows us," Clyburn said while
announcing his endorsement of Biden and his campaign; which had been dogged by
disappointing results in the first two nominating contests in Iowa and New Hampshire
rebounding only slightly with a second place finish in last week’s Nevada caucuses.

s

When accepting Clyburn's endorsement, Biden got emotional. "It’s hard to know what to say, for real," he said.
The former vice president also had kind words for the South Carolina lawmaker. During a National Action Network breakfast just before the press conference announcing the endorsement, Biden praised Clyburn’s character. "A lot of folks talk the talk. Very few people walk the walk. And Jim Clyburn is a man of enormous integrity," Biden said. "Jim, you’re one of the finest men I’ve ever met. Not just in public life, but period." He was almost crying because he understood that Clyburn had just saved his political life.

For those of you who have listened to Albinos being interviewed about WHY they
support Donald Trump; and their answers make no sense at all, or are obvious lies.
Just check out the numbers for who are the "Big Guns" in
the American Electorate, and you have your answer.

Of course the answer is that they fear losing control - after all, they own 80% of the country's wealth.
As it turns out, Biden is a bigger threat to Black people than Trump is. At least Trump tells us the truth,
he's going to look out for Albinos like himself; Not be a snake in-the-grass like Biden.

Even now he can't help but show his true colors;
the Democratic party is in disarray, but all he and
his family can think of is how to hold onto power.

More questions about President Biden’s cognitive state are emerging as a new poll showed a jaw-dropping 72% of registered voters do not believe he is mentally fit for the job.

While many Democrats were left flabbergasted and sent into a tailspin by Biden’s debate debacle last week, the 81-year-old president’s cognitive slips have been nothing new to his inner circle.

White House aides have been meticulously working behind the scenes throughout his presidency to minimize his exposure to situations where his cognitive slip-ups could flare up in public and to adapt the day-to-day of the presidency to the needs of an octogenarian.

The commander-in-chief is seen as prone to absent-minded gaffes and fatigue outside of six hours a day — between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. — and while traveling abroad, Axios said in a new report.

s

Top aides and allies have helped President Biden try to cope with his age-related struggles out of the public eye. From shorter stairs when boarding Air Force One to guiding him on jaunts over concerns about his gait and proclivity for appearing lost, his team has reportedly been forced to step up its efforts over time to shield him more and more.

“I know many of these people and how the White House operates,” said Chandler West, the White House’s former deputy director of  photography under Biden, in an Instagram story after the debate, Axios reported.

“They will say he has a ‘cold’ or just experienced a ‘bad night,’ but for weeks and months, in private, they have all said what we saw last night — Joe is not as strong as he was just a couple of years ago,” West said. “The debate was not the first bad day, and it’s not gonna be the last,” said the ex-administration staffer, who had a first-hand seat to the president’s behavior.

“It’s time for Joe to go.”

Even now, the Biden campaign touts how much its done for the "Middle Class" Which is TRUE!

The problem for us Blacks is that the Middle Class is overwhelmingly populated by ALBINOS!

NOT US!

One of Bidens "Sneakiest" Suckerizations of Blacks is his "Student Load Forgiveness" plan.
And when it comes to sticking it to Blacks - ALL of the Albino power structure takes part.

They all claim that the plan is Sooo good for Blacks

PS - don't worry about absolute numbers, the United States Census Bureau
has been lying to non-Albinos about their numbers since the beginning.
How better to protect Albino power than to make all others feel impotent.

The answer is in percentages.
In 2008 Barack Obama got 69,499,000 votes;
the overwhelming percentage of them were Black Votes.

Obama got 95% of the Black vote.
As seen in the column chart above
Biden got 87% of the Black Vote.
Both Obama and Biden moped the floor with them.
So what do you think the "Real" population numbers are?

This an excerpt from "Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency,"

a forthcoming book by Jonathan Allen, senior political analyst for NBC News Digital, and Amie Parnes, senior correspondent for
The Hill.
The book, which will be published March 2 2024, by Crown, tells the inside story of the 2020 presidential election and in
particular of the many lucky breaks Biden got on his way to the Democratic nomination and eventually the presidency.

This excerpt describes what led to the pivotal moment in the primary season, when Biden got a key endorsement from Rep. Jim Clyburn, D-S.C. The endorsement helped pave the way for his victory in South Carolina, in the Super Tuesday states a few days later, and eventually in the race for the nomination. It was Feb. 25, four days before the South Carolina primary, and Biden was blowing it again. Almost an hour and 45 minutes had passed already, and Biden hadn't mentioned the one promise Clyburn had said would nail down Black votes in South Carolina and throughout the rest of the primary in the general election.

By the time they gathered on the Yorktown the night before the debate, Biden was still waiting for the final word from Clyburn. "I'm going to endorse you the morning after" the debate, Clyburn said. "But my endorsement ain't going to mean much, just to be frank, if you flame out in the debate." Clyburn still wasn't sure that his endorsement would be enough of a lift for Biden. There were two questions hanging over Biden's head at that point: whether he would win the state and whether he would win by a margin large enough to signal to the rest of the country — and specifically to Black voters in the states voting three days later on Super Tuesday — that he was alive and kicking.

"We were in jeopardy of it being too close," said one top Biden aide. On the Yorktown that night, Clyburn and a few of his CBC House colleagues offered Biden counsel and made what amounted to a political "ask" — the favor a politician requests in return when he is granting one. "Find a way to say that you were a part of picking the first Latina woman member of the United States Supreme Court and you're looking forward to making the first African American woman a member of the United States Supreme Court," Clyburn instructed. Clyburn believed, and there was good evidence to support his view, that a Supreme Court justice was worth a lot more to the Black community than a vice president. VPs come and go, Clyburn thought. Al Gore was vice president. Where is he now? But a Supreme Court seat: That's for life!

'A chain reaction': that's how one endorsement set Joe Biden's surge in motion: Biden won South Carolina – and days later, Super Tuesday – after Jim Clyburn, the highest-ranking African American Democrat in Congress, backed him. When the House majority whip, Jim Clyburn, endorsed Joe Biden ahead of the South Carolina primary it effectively set off a series of events that resulted in the former vice-president trouncing his rivals in the Super Tuesday primary contests on Tuesday night.

Before Clyburn’s endorsement, Biden’s lead in South Carolina had shrunk to single digits. It was an ominous sign for a candidate who underperformed in the first three Democratic primary contests and whose campaign stressed that South Carolina would serve as a firewall. Biden’s ties to the African American community there, who make up the majority of Democratic voters, go back decades and the idea was that those relationships would carry him to victory in the state. “You cannot overstate the impact of Clyburn on South Carolina Democratic politics,” said Isaac Wright, a Democratic strategist and partner at the Forward Solution Strategy Group.

Following Biden’s decisive victory in South Carolina on Saturday, his main moderate rivals within the primary, the former South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg and the Minnesota senator Amy Klobuchar, quickly dropped out of the race and endorsed him. Other endorsements, including the coveted backing of former Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, Barack Obama’s US ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice and former candidate Beto O’Rourke, flooded in for Biden.

“Black voters turned out and they had their voices heard and they are on the trajectory of propelling Joe Biden to be the Democratic nominee. Clyburn’s endorsement was part of a flood of good fortune for Biden,” said Eric Goldman, a Democratic consultant.  Biden’s turnaround, from a campaign on life support with no victories and dwindling cash to frontrunner, had happened in an eight-day period, with Clyburn’s endorsement marking the beginning of the dramatic change. A day after Super Tuesday Clyburn, again speaking on CNN, admitted he was surprised with the extent of Biden’s victories the night before.

Both Clyburn AND Biden got lucky: Black America didn't know Jim Clyburn or what a "Whip" did. People of sound Minds were so afraid of Donald Trump and his "Crazies" that they would follow just about anybody. And as to Jim Clyburn preferring a Supreme Court Justice: well Clarence Thomas has been on the high Court for 33 years, and that worthless, crooked Nigger hasn't done one single thing for Black people in all that time, so no Jim, take the Veep.

Today, more and more Blacks see Biden for
what he really is: a Benign Neglect artist.

Definition: an attitude or policy of ignoring an often delicate or
undesirable situation  that one is held to be responsible for dealing with.

Reportedly coined in 1969 by Daniel Patrick Moynihan, adviser to U.S. President
Richard Nixon, who recommended this policy with respect to the issue of U.S. racial strife.

Btw: Nixon was no friend of Blacks, but going against them,
what with all the other things on his plate, just didn't make sense.

Our disdain for Biden is nothing new, we first noticed him in the run-up to the Iraqi war. Bush jr, Donald Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney needed an excuse to invade Iraq because Democrats did not believe Saddam Hussein had "weapons of mass destruction" (WMDs). So just as Putin sought out the weakest mind (Donald Trump) to carry his message, the Republicans also sought out the weakest mind to carry their message (Joe Biden). The technique was the same; make him feel smart and intelligent, flatter him. Next thing you know, Biden goes running back to Democrats telling them that the Republicans are indeed right "SADDAM DOES HAVE WMDs". Soon the War starts; of course Iraq had no WMDs.

CNN

Joe Biden says he opposed the Iraq War soon after it started.
A check of his record shows otherwise

By Nathan McDermott and Andrew Kaczynski, September 4, 2019

In recent speeches and interviews defending his past foreign policy decisions, former Vice President Joe Biden has misrepresented his past position on the Iraq War. The Democratic presidential frontrunner, in explaining his 2002 vote to authorize military force in Iraq, told NPR in an interview that aired on Tuesday that, “Immediately, that moment it started, I came out against the war at that moment.”

Biden gave a similar explanation at CNN’s presidential debate in July, saying he made a “bad judgment” for trusting President George W. Bush “saying he was only doing this to get inspectors in and get the UN to agree to put inspectors in.” “From the moment ‘shock and awe’ started, from that moment I was opposed to the effort, and I was outspoken as much as anyone at all in the Congress and the administration,” Biden said. But a review of Biden’s public statements about Iraq in the lead up to the invasion shows he was never entirely opposed to military action against Saddam Hussein, and Biden continued to defend his vote to authorize the war in the months after the US military campaign began - hundreds of thousands die.

Then along comes the Obama presidential campaign, Obama needs help with the White Union workers in the Northern Midwest - which is Bidens strength. But unions have never been welcoming to Blacks - will it work?  In 2008 Obama carries the ENTIRE Northern Midwest! Obama served two full terms, and many good things were done, but his presence as president brought to a simmer all Cracker resentments and hatreds always just below the surface in the U.S. Though the name (Tea Party), and how they rationalized their hatreds and resentments was silly, their hatreds and resentments were VERY real! The Obama years caused a dearth of new political talent coming up. But Obama's shadow was such that it stifled those coming up, so that by the 2020 campaign season none of the Democratic candidates could get any traction. A little pause for Hillary Clinton:

We will NOT go deeply into the Hillary Clinton campaign of 2016 except to ask:
WHY DO THOSE CLOSEST TO HIM (BILL CLINTON) HATE HIM?
Is it
jealousy or hatred over the "Blowjobs?"

1) The Gore/Clinton ticket gave Al Gore his greatest successes, yet when he decided to run for President, he decided to run as his "OWN MAN" instead of running on his accomplishments with Bill Clinton. Result - he lost to a Putz - Bush Jr.

2) How can you sleep with one of the smartest politicians ever created, one who called himself the "FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT": yet loose because of a retreating Black Vote? Same way Biden probably will. These two idiots (Clinton and Biden) seem to have a problem being beholden to Blacks for electing them. As a result after election, they immediately start courting the Albino voters who originally spurned them, at the expense of the Blacks who supported them.

As Hillary found out, and Biden soon will, once you are identified with Black Voters it's best to continue in that direction as Cracker Voters will never trust you. As Biden himself has said recently:  Remarks by President Biden at the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce.

"And I want to thank everyone here at Milwaukee’s Black Chamber of Commerce for your partnership across the board on everything we’ve been working on.  I come from a state that has the eighth-largest Black population in the country, and as they say — the saying goes where I come — “You brung me to the dance” early on." Actually the saying goes "You go home with the one who brung you to the dance." Too bad Biden is too stupid to take his own advice.

How did Hillary Clinton do in 2016? CNN, November 9, 2016: Hillary Clinton just couldn’t hold onto the Obama coalition. And that proved to be a large part of her undoing. African-American, Latino and younger voters failed to show up at the polls in sufficient numbers Tuesday to propel Clinton into the White House. Clinton conceded the race after 2 a.m. ET. Before polls closed her campaign had been confident of victory. In the end, however, she lost even some states thought to be safely in her column, like Wisconsin. She trailed in others, like Pennsylvania and Michigan. While she won the key demographic groups her campaign targeted, she underperformed President Obama across the board, even among women, according to exit poll data. Dumb Bitch!

Back to Biden: In the past several Albino politicians have sought help from prominent Black leaders in turning out the Black vote for their candidacy. These Black leaders have usually been worldly, urbane men with deep roots in Black communities.

When Jimmy Carter needed help, he called on Andrew Jackson Young Jr. (born March 12, 1932) an American politician, diplomat, and activist. Beginning his career as a pastor, Young was an early leader in the civil rights movement, serving as executive director of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) and a close confidant to Martin Luther King Jr. Young later became active in politics, serving as a U.S. Congressman from Georgia, United States Ambassador to the United Nations in the Carter Administration, and 55th Mayor of Atlanta. He was the first African American elected to Congress from Georgia since Reconstruction, as well as one of the first two African Americans elected to Congress from the former Confederacy since Reconstruction, alongside Barbara Jordan of Texas.

c
Andrew Jackson Young Jr.
His downfall:

The Jews of Israel had extracted an agreement from the U.S. that the U.S. would not speak with the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization). On July 20, 1979 Young met with Zuhdi Labib Terzi, the UN representative of the PLO, at the apartment of the UN Ambassador from Kuwait. On August 10, news of the meeting became public when the Mossad (Israeli CIA) leaked its illegally-acquired transcript of the meeting first to Prime Minister Menachem Begin, and then through his office to Newsweek magazine. By August 14 the Israeli had succeeded in forcing Carter to fire Andrew Young. Interestingly today, Jews are still trying to get Black officials fired or not re-elected because they criticized the War in Gaza.

American Israel Public Affairs Committee

A Long-anticipated AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) blitz against Black New York Congressman Jamaal Bowman begins with $2 million buy. The Pro-Israel group pours millions into unseating New York progressive congressman Jamaal Bowman. The Super Pac has run ads opposing the congressman and supporting his opponent as he criticizes Israel’s military campaign in Gaza.

c

Quote: “Bowman is an anti-Israel extremist who traffics in conspiracy theories,” UDP spokesperson Patrick Dorton told Jewish Insider. “He vehemently disagrees with President Biden on the U.S.-Israel relationship and refused to condemn Hamas on the House floor. It’s clear that Bowman doesn’t represent the views of his district.”

Campaign finance disclosures released this weekend showed the Super Pac, called United Democracy Project (UDP), made up of billionaire Jews, is spending about $1m in support of Bowman’s opponent, the moderate Democrat George Latimer and $1m in negative advertisements opposing Bowman. If the group succeeds in defeating Bowman, it will deliver a significant blow to the progressive wing of the House.

“They don’t want Israel to be criticized, they don’t want Israel to be held accountable – they don’t want anyone to mention Palestine or speak up for Palestinian rights and lives,” said Bowman during an interview with MSNBC on Saturday.

Before his defeat in 2022 (redistricting), Jones was described as a rising star on the progressive wing of the Democratic Party. He was an advocate for "Medicare for All" and the Green New Deal. In June 2020, he supported calls to defund the police, and said that his goal in running for Congress was to "fight systemic racism". Jones was born in Nyack, New York, and grew up in Spring Valley, New York, where he was raised by a single mother, who worked multiple jobs to support him, and his grandparents.

He graduated from public schools in the East Ramapo Central School District. He earned his bachelor's degree from Stanford University in 2009. After graduating from Stanford, Jones worked in the U.S. Department of Justice during the presidency of Barack Obama. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2013. This year Jones is running to take back his old 17th. seat in 2024. But now along comes the Jewish PAC of billionaires (AIPAC); As you will recall, they are trying to bring-down Jamaal Bowman and other Blacks because they criticized Israel for the Palestinian Slaughter.

Poor Mondaire Jones, we can well image the Jews coming to him with a offer he couldn't refuse: "Betray Jamaal Bowman" or they would "Come after Him". On June 5, 2024: Jones, a former Bowman ally, endorsed his opponent George Latimer citing (“Jewish residents in my district who feel anxiety, fear, and anger due to Representative Bowman's words and actions in particular and an overall climate in this country” (New Republic). The problem with Cowards is that they instinctively act out of fear, not waiting to reason things out. As Mondaire will find out, the rest of us don't like cowards or Traitors.

We understand that a "Rich Jew" can only vote once, just like a Black person. In order for Rich Jews to extend their power, they have to pay others to tell lies for them - then they have to hope for enough fools to believe their lies. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Too bad for Mondaire Jones, too many people know what's going on, and as I said, we don't like cowards or Traitors.

The move has unleashed fury from within progressive ranks. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) lambasted Jones, and the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC has rescinded its endorsement of him. Progressives in and out of Capitol Hill have soured on Jones. Progressive leaders who considered Jones one of their own were quick to condemn his boosting of Latimer, especially as Democrats have only a slim chance of regaining control of the House and see every seat as critical to their calculus.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), the chair of the CPC, told NBC News she was “disgusted” by Jones’s actions. “I’m not surprised that Congressman Mondaire Jones did what he did because he is bought and paid for like all the other grifters who take money from AIPAC,” said Nina Turner, who served as Sen. Bernie Sanders’s (I-Vt.) campaign co-chair. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who like Bowman is a former educator, endorsed him this week, while the United Auto Workers (UAW) and Working Families Party also backed his reelection bid. “We can’t keep electing people who are too scared to stand up to the billionaires,” UAW President Shawn Fain wrote on the social platform X in favor of Bowman.

When Bill Clinton needed help he called on Vernon Eulion Jordan Jr. (1935 – 2021) he was an American business executive and civil rights attorney who worked for various civil rights movement organizations before becoming a close adviser to President Bill Clinton. Jordan grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and graduated in 1957 from DePauw University. In the early 1960s, he started his civil rights career, most notably being a part of a team of lawyers that desegregated the University of Georgia. He then continued to work for multiple civil rights organizations until the late 1980s. In the early 1990s, he became a close ally and friend of Bill Clinton and he served as part of Clinton's transition team.

s

When Joe Biden needed help he called on James Enos Clyburn (born 1940 - South Carolina) he is an American politician and retired educator serving as a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from South Carolina. He previously served as House Majority Whip between 2007 and 2011 and between 2019 and 2023. Currently in his 16th term, Clyburn has served as the U.S. representative for South Carolina's 6th congressional district since 1993. His congressional district includes most of the majority-black precincts in and around Columbia and Charleston, as well as most of the majority-black areas outside Beaufort and nearly all of South Carolina's share of the Black Belt. Clyburn is the dean of South Carolina's congressional delegation, aside from the single term served by Joe Cunningham, Clyburn has been the only Democrat in South Carolina’s congressional delegation.

d

The problem is that Clyburn, though accomplished, is not worldly or urbane. He was born and raised in South Carolina, one of the poorest and most rural states in the union. His thinking reflects that lack of sophistication. Blacks like Clyburn are used to having Albinos lead, even when the issues intimately effect Blacks. Point being; it is felt that if Clyburn had been a more sophisticated politician he would have been able to explain to even an idiot like Biden that his thinking was wrong.

WHAT COLOR ARE "NORMAL" HUMANS?

American Association for the Advancement of Science.

How Europeans evolved white skin - from Ancient DNA of skeletons. By Ann Gibbons (Ann Gibbons is an author and a Science Magazine contributing correspondent. She has served as a science writing instructor at Carnegie Mellon University).

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI—Most of us think of Europe as the ancestral home of white people. But a new study shows that pale skin, as well as other traits such as tallness and the ability to digest milk as adults, arrived in most of the continent relatively recently. The work, presented here last week at the 84th annual meeting of the American Association of Physical Anthropologists, offers dramatic evidence of recent evolution in Europe and shows that most modern Europeans don't look much like those of 8000 years ago.

The origins of Europeans have come into sharp focus in the past year as researchers have sequenced the genomes of ancient populations, rather than only a few individuals. By comparing key parts of the DNA across the genomes of 83 ancient individuals from archaeological sites throughout Europe, the international team of researchers reported earlier this year that Europeans today are a mix of the blending of at least three ancient populations of hunter-gatherers and farmers who moved into Europe in separate migrations over the past 8000 years. The study revealed that a massive migration of Yamnaya herders from the steppes north of the Black Sea (Central Asia) may have brought Indo-European languages to Europe about 4500 years ago.

When it comes to skin color, the team found a patchwork of evolution in different places, and three separate genes that produce light skin, telling a complex story for how European's skin evolved to be much lighter during the past 8000 years. The modern humans who came out of Africa to originally settle Europe about 40,000 years are presumed to have had dark skin, which is advantageous in sunny latitudes. And the new data confirm that about 8500 years ago, early hunter-gatherers in Spain, Luxembourg, and Hungary also had darker skin: They lacked versions of two genes—SLC24A5 and SLC45A2—that lead to depigmentation and, therefore, pale skin in Europeans today.

Ann - like most Albinos can't help lying about RACE, it's as if they are a race of Donald Trumps. Actually SLC24A5 and SLC45A2 are ALBINISM Genes, they "CAUSE" Albinism!

THE CASE AGAINST BIDEN

The following are the issues whose handling by President Joe Biden so angers us.
As we find it hard to believe that anyone can be this stupid and worthless.
Who else would even think to stick it to the people who put him in power.
Then again, what to say about the Negroes who still back him wholeheartedly?

President Joe Biden

1) The Supreme Court

c
Conservatives like former Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. Great friend of Biden - (Albino Supremest all) Have Been Packing the Courts for Years.

Please note: In general usage Albino Media prefers to use the WORD
"CONSERVATIVES" in place of Albino Supremacists and Racists. Its easier, so we will follow suit.

Public support for the U.S. Supreme Court is at an all-time low. This dismal polling follows a Court term that started with allowing Texas’ Senate Bill 8 to remain law so that public citizens could police each other’s abortions and ended with completely overturning Roe v. Wade, among other radical conservative decisions. In so many areas of law, the Court is headed in a direction completely out of step with the vast majority of Americans. The question for the moment is: How did we get here?

Many are noticing for the first time just how politicized our courts are, but the reality is that conservatives have been laying this groundwork for over half a century. In 1971, Justice Lewis Powell authored the now legendary Powell Memo. The memo, which is really more of a treatise for conservative takeover, reads like it could have been written yesterday. It is complete with invocations against liberal “Marxists” and “Communists,” a defense of “western society” and a threat that the media, universities and racial minorities are teaming up to defeat big business - read "White Power Structure". Calling for the kind of corporate influence over government that the Koch brothers would later perfect, the memo spoke of the need to better infiltrate aspects of society and secure power to protect the wealthy and powerful. It specifically highlighted a “neglected opportunity in the courts” and addressed the need for conservatives to do better in exploiting judicial action.

Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 310 (2010), is a landmark decision of the Supreme Court of the United States regarding campaign finance laws and free speech under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The court held 5–4 that the freedom of speech clause of the First Amendment prohibits the government from restricting independent expenditures for political campaigns by corporations, nonprofit organizations, labor unions, and other associations.

The majority held that the prohibition of all independent expenditures by corporations and unions in the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act violated the First Amendment. The ruling barred restrictions on corporations, unions, and nonprofit organizations from independent expenditures, allowing groups to independently support political candidates with financial resources. In a dissenting opinion, Justice John Paul Stevens argued that the court's ruling represented "a rejection of the common sense of the American people, who have recognized a need to prevent corporations from undermining self government".

A decade later, in 1982, youthful Reagan enthusiasts took up that opportunity and led the charge to found the (The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is an American conservative and libertarian legal organization (FedSoc). From the start, despite its academic pretensions, FedSoc had an insurgent mission (Albino supremest mission): to turn back the perceived excesses of Chief Justice Earl Warren’s Court on issues of race, religion and criminal procedure. These young lawyers wanted to be to the courts and justice system what President Ronald Reagan had been to the New Deal and Great Society — a sledgehammer.

Their movement began with fits and starts. While Reagan and his chief counselor Edwin Meese were successful in stacking the federal courts with judges like Alex Kozinski and justices like Antonin Scalia, there had been significant failures. Most significantly, in 1987, Democrats had blocked the Supreme Court nomination of Reagan nominee Robert Bork. Bork was a fierce opponent of civil rights — and a founding advisor of one of the first FedSoc chapters.

Then in 1990, conservatives made their greatest faux pas. President George H.W. Bush nominated David Souter to the Supreme Court, expecting him to be a conservative justice. But just two years later, he sided with Reagan appointees Sandra Day O’Conner and Anthony Kennedy in Planned Parenthood v. Casey to uphold Roe.

Conservatives were so incensed by Souter’s alleged betrayal that the next time a Republican president had a Supreme Court vacancy, “No More Souters!” became the conservative rallying cry. A 2005 Wall Street Journal editorial simply titled “No More Souters” urged President George W. Bush not to make the same mistake by nominating then-U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales because he similarly had a short paper trail. Instead, Bush nominated now-Chief Justice John Roberts.

Despite Roberts’ conservative record, particularly on voting rights, he was conspicuously not a FedSoc member, prompting FedSoc to play a more strident role in ensuring conservative nominees pledged allegiance to its legal orthodoxies. Today, those orthodoxies are commonly referred to as “originalism” and “textualism,” and FedSoc requires absolute adherence among its membership — or at least among those who seek power as federal judges.

Indeed, without fail, during each and every confirmation hearing for the federal judiciary, you will hear conservative U.S. senators like Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Mike Lee (R-Utah) or Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) (all FedSoc members themselves) ask nominees, under oath, whether they are originalists and textualists, as if it were the equivalent of asking the nominee whether they believe in gravity. If the nominee refuses to acquiesce, conservatives will claim they lack a “judicial philosophy” at all and insist on opposing their confirmation, possibly endangering their nomination — especially if they were dependent on conservative support.

FedSoc first demonstrated the strength of this orthodoxy — and its own political power — by dooming the 2005 nomination of White House Counsel Harriet Miers. Despite her connection to Bush and extensive legal experience, Miers was not a FedSoc member and had once even disavowed joining the organization. Knowing this nominee would be filling the seat of O’Connor, who ruled in favor of abortion, FedSoc wanted to leave absolutely nothing to chance. Bork himself took to the Wall Street Journal to excoriate Miers’ record, warning that her evangelical Christianity was no guarantee she’d overturn the “constitutional travesty” of Roe v. Wade.

Just 24 days after announcing Miers’ nomination, Bush withdrew it. Four days later, he instead announced the nomination of Justice Samuel Alito. Alito had come up through the FedSoc pipeline and, before becoming a justice, was the one judge in the federal appellate court that heard the Planned Parenthood v. Casey litigation who would have ruled that it was constitutional to force a woman to notify her husband if she intended to end her pregnancy. Alito’s vote against Roe was a lock, as would be proven 17 years after his nomination.

Since Alito’s confirmation, FedSoc has been on a relentless path to consolidate its power. It was therefore unsurprising that the next Republican president, Donald Trump, literally deferred to FedSoc to pick his judges. That included the three Supreme Court justices — Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett — who helped overturn Roe. Trump also allowed FedSoc to direct a much more wide-ranging transformation of the judiciary, appointing more than a quarter of the current federal judges. FedSoc has sought to make the federal courts “unrecognizable” and, in just one Supreme Court term, seemed to have accomplished that feat.

Fighting back now means recognizing that conservatives have been playing a two-faced game for decades. They claimed to believe in an objective, neutral judiciary, but they were working very hard to radicalize the courts at the same time. In his concurring opinion in Dobbs, when Justice Clarence Thomas called for a review of all substantive due process cases, including marriage for same-sex couples and the right to contraceptives, this was not mere rhetoric. It was a rallying cry to a movement built over decades to transform America through the least democratic process possible in our constitutional system.

It’s time the progressive movement takes the steps necessary to win back our courts. We deserve a forward-thinking judiciary filled with movement lawyers who want to see progress for our nation. We shouldn’t pretend otherwise, as conservatives have for years. They accuse liberals of wanting to “pack” the court, but they were the ones who invented rules out of thin air to justify blocking now-U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland’s Supreme Court nomination during an election year and then rushed Barrett’s confirmation weeks before an election. We can’t undo the politicization of our courts, but we can work to counterbalance them — and by doing so, we can make them more representative of — and responsive to — the people they serve. Rakim Brooks is the president of Alliance for Justice and a public interest appellate lawyer.

Old Background: Just so you understand how racist, corrupt and lying a Supreme Court can be!

In Dred Scott v. Sandford
(argued 1856-1857), the Supreme Court ruled that Americans of African descent, whether free or slave, were not American citizens and could not sue in federal court. The Court also ruled that Congress lacked power to ban slavery in the U.S. territories. Roger Taney, Chief Justice of the United States, wrote the majority opinion in the Dred Scott case. Taney was born in Maryland in 1777 to a family of tobacco farmers.

Of course Albino lying and corruption is perfected in the U.S. At the time of the 1860 census the Slave population was 3,950,531 slaves. By the time the 1860 census returns were ready for tabulation, the nation was already sinking into the American Civil War. The problem for Albino historians and other liars, is that only 306,726 African Slaves in total, were imported into the United States. So who were the OTHER 3,647,034 BLACK SLAVES?

Indian slavery in colonial America: Smithsonian Libraries and Archives, Author Alan Gallay.

Summary
"European enslavement of American Indians began with Christopher Columbus's arrival in the New World. The slave trade expanded with European colonies, and though African slave labor filled many needs, huge numbers of America's indigenous peoples continued to be captured and forced to work as slaves. Although central to the process of colony-building in what became the United States, this phenomena has received scant attention from historians." "Indian Slavery in Colonial America examines the complicated dynamics of Indian enslavement. How and why Indians became both slaves of the Europeans and suppliers of slavery's victims is the subject of this book. The essays in this collection use Indian slavery as a lens through which to explore both Indian and European societies and their interactions, as well as relations between and among Native groups. Clearly then the ONLY true Americans were the BLACK INDIAN (the only other kind are merely Mulattoes), whether Free or Slave. So there you have it, a lying Racist Supreme Court declares "Natural Born Citizens" aliens, in favor of Albino Invaders (Whites).

BACKGROUND-2 RECENT HISTORY.

The Civil Rights Act (1964)

This act, signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson on July 2, 1964, prohibited discrimination in public places, provided for the integration of schools and other public facilities, and made employment discrimination illegal. It was the most sweeping civil rights legislation since Reconstruction.

In a nationally televised address on June 6, 1963, President John F. Kennedy urged the nation to take action toward guaranteeing equal treatment of every American regardless of race. Soon after, Kennedy proposed that Congress consider civil rights legislation that would address voting rights, public accommodations, school desegregation, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs, and more.

Despite Kennedy’s assassination in November of 1963, his proposal culminated in the Civil Rights Act of 1964. President Lyndon Johnson signed it into law just a few hours after it was passed by Congress on July 2, 1964. The act outlawed segregation in businesses such as theaters, restaurants, and hotels. It banned discriminatory practices in employment and ended segregation in public places such as swimming pools, libraries, and public schools.

Passage of the act was not easy, however. Opposition in the House of Representatives bottled up the bill in the House Rules Committee. In the Senate, Southern Democratic opponents attempted to talk the bill to death in a filibuster. In early 1964, House supporters overcame the Rules Committee obstacle by threatening to send the bill to the floor without committee approval. The Senate filibuster was overcome through the floor leadership of Senator Hubert Humphrey of Minnesota, the considerable support of President Lyndon Johnson, and the efforts of Senate Minority Leader Everett Dirksen of Illinois, who convinced enough Republicans to support the bill over Democratic opposition. When the compromise bill was finally put to a vote in the Senate, it passed 73 to 27. It was noted in the Congressional Record that applause broke out in the Senate galleries.

The Roberts Court and House Nigger Clarence Thomas strike down important provisions of the Civil Rights Act,
allowing racist Albinos to change Voting regulations without court clearance.

On June 25, 2013, the United States Supreme Court held that it is unconstitutional to use the coverage formula in Section 4(b) of the Voting Rights Act to determine which jurisdictions are subject to the preclearance requirement of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, Shelby County v. Holder, 570 U.S. 529 (2013). The Supreme Court did not rule on the constitutionality of Section 5 itself. The effect of the Shelby County decision is that the jurisdictions identified by the coverage formula in Section 4(b) no longer need to seek preclearance for the new voting changes, unless they are covered by a separate court order entered under Section 3(c) of the Voting Rights Act.

As a result, by 2024 many racist states have enacted BLACK voter suppression laws.

The Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade - 06/24/22

The Supreme Court on Friday struck down Roe v. Wade, eliminating the nearly 50-year-old constitutional right to abortion and handing states authority to drastically limit or ban the procedure. The 6-3 decision by a majority of conservative justices to fundamentally reshape American society by overturning the landmark 1973 precedent is certain to ignite a political firestorm and yield a complex patchwork of state laws that will effectively block large swathes of the population from terminating unwanted pregnancies.

The decision, unthinkable just a few years ago, was the culmination of decades of efforts by abortion opponents, made possible by an emboldened right side of the court that has been fortified by three appointees of former President Donald Trump.

Alito wrote the opinion: Joining Justice Alito were Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. The latter three justices are Trump appointees. The Low, corrupt Negro Justice Thomas first voted to overrule Roe 30 years ago. Chief Justice John Roberts was as usual hiding behind the opinion of others, so as to avoid blame. Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan – the diminished liberal wing of the court – were in dissent.

As a result of this Court action and MANY subsequent Supreme Court Actions, the Supreme Court demonstrated that it was the Enemy of Americas Blacks. Making DEFANGING of the Supreme Court high on the list of Black wants. When this same Court Struck down the right to Abortions, many Albinos also spoke out against the Court.

EVER SINCE CONGRESS PASSED "CIVIL RIGHTS LEGISLATION" IN 1964, RACIST CONSERVATIVES HAVE BEEN STEADILY TRYING TO PACK THE SUPREME COURT WITH RACIST CONSERVATIVES LIKE THEMSELVES TO UNDO
"CIVIL RIGHTS LEGISLATION". IF YOU WONDER ABOUT THE NEGRO CLARENCE THOMAS, WELL HE IS ACTUALLY "STEPHEN" THE CHARACTER IN THE MOVIE "Django Unchained" played by Samuel L. Jackson. STEPHENS DON'T KNOW THAT THEY ARE BLACK, AND WE DON'T HAVE THE HEART TO TELL THEM.

Supreme Court Justice Alito and Chief Justice Roberts
secretly recorded at historical society dinner

THE HILL, by Nick Robertson - 06/10/24

Secret recordings published Monday showed Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts’s and Justice Samuel Alito’s thoughts on the politics of the court, with Alito predicting no easy solution to the country’s political polarization. “One side or the other is going to win,” he said in a private conversation at the Supreme Court Historical Society’s annual dinner June 3. The remarks were recorded by progressive filmmaker Lauren Windsor, who attended the event as a member of the society under her real name, though she posed as a conservative to elicit answers from the justices. The recordings were published by Rolling Stone and Windsor’s activist site The Undercurrent.

Alito an Italian Catholic, appeared to embrace his role as a Republican partisan, which liberals have long accused him of being despite the nominally nonpartisan nature of the court. Again posing as a conservative, Windsor told Alito that she couldn’t see herself getting along with liberals “in the way that needs to happen for the polarization to end,” adding that the court should be about “winning.”

“I think you’re probably right,” Alito said. “On one side or the other — one side or the other is going to win. I don’t know. I mean, there can be a way of working — a way of living together peacefully, but it’s difficult, you know, because there are differences on fundamental things that really can’t be compromised. They really can’t be compromised. So it’s not like you are going to split the difference.” He later agreed with her sentiment that people must fight to “return our country to a place of godliness.”

Wackos, Murderers, and Terrorists always claim they do their crimes for the sake of God and with the permission of God.

A Brief History of Affirmative Action

During the early years there were three categories of Discriminated against people,  Blacks (the most egregious), Women and Jews. Though Jews who are really Albino Khazar Turks and Albino Women discriminated against Blacks just like everyone else; Jews who were also very active in the Slave trade, but they came to realize that they were being held back in other business areas because of discrimination. So in 1911 American Jews made "Common Cause" with Blacks, where they would support Black causes in hopes that whatever GAINS Blacks made, would be shared by Jews. At the time, though Jews were few in number (about 2 million), they had plenty of money, (undoubtedly some of it from the Slave Trade). But money is exactly what Blacks needed to organize their "Civil Rights Movement".

So the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) was incorporated in 1911.

Of the six directors, the only Black officer was Director of Publicity and Research, Dr. W. E. B. Du Bois.
Of course the people who control the so-called "Jewish" religion are NOT COLORED, they are Turk Albinos.
But that's between them and their Mulattoes like the Palestinians.

THE NAACP
d

x

Their Creed:

To promote equality of rights and to eradicate caste or race prejudice among the citizens of the United States; to advance the interest of colored citizens (Jews were not thought of as White at the time); to secure for them impartial suffrage; and to increase their opportunities for securing justice in the courts, education for the children, employment according to their ability and complete equality before law.

The leadership was predominantly white and heavily Jewish American. In fact, at its founding, the NAACP had only one African American on its executive board, Du Bois himself. It did not elect a black president until 1975, although executive directors had been African-American. The Jewish community contributed greatly to the NAACP's founding and continued financing. Jewish historian Howard Sachar writes in his book A History of Jews in America of how, "In 1914, Professor Emeritus Joel Spingarn of Columbia University became chairman of the NAACP and recruited for its board such Jewish leaders as Jacob Schiff, Jacob Billikopf, and Rabbi Stephen Wise." Early Jewish-American co-founders included Julius Rosenwald, Lillian Wald, Rabbi Emil G. Hirsch and Wise.

CIVIL RIGHTS!
And affirmative action

On March 6, 1961 President John F. Kennedy issued Executive Order 10925, which included a provision that government contractors "take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin." The intent of this executive order was to affirm the government's commitment to equal opportunity for all qualified persons, and to take positive action to strengthen efforts to realize true equal opportunity for all. This executive order was superseded by Executive Order 11246 in 1965.

Executive Order 11246
On September 24, 1965 President Lyndon B. Johnson issued Executive Order 11246, prohibiting employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, and national origin by those organizations receiving federal contracts and subcontracts. In 1967, President Johnson amended the order to include sex on the list of attributes. Executive Order 11246 also requires federal contractors to take affirmative action to promote the full realization of equal opportunity for women and minorities. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), under the Department of Labor, monitors this requirement for all federal contractors, including all UC campuses, and has developed regulations to which these contractors must adhere. For federal contractors employing more than 50 people and having federal contracts totaling more than $50,000, compliance with these regulations includes disseminating and enforcing a nondiscrimination policy, establishing a written affirmative action plan and placement goals for women and minorities, and implementing action-oriented programs for accomplishing these goals. In addition, an official of the organization must be assigned responsibility for implementation of equal employment opportunity and the affirmative action program.

An excerpt from the executive order follows (Part II, Subpart B, Sec. 202(1)):
The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.

The Jews NAACP payoff came in the 60s and 70s when Civil rights legislation was passed. This legislation, though won by Blacks, and identified with Blacks, did not specify ANYONE! It simply mandated that EVERYONE would be treated fairly without prejudice.

Thus JEWS AND WOMEN who had also suffered discrimination in employment and money making ventures, were now free to enter any job or business they desired. Numerically, White Women were the big winners in Civil Rights legislation.

But Money-wise, Jews were the big winners. They had been mostly excluded from the big money businesses like COMMERCIAL BANKING - now that they had to be included, they started to take them over. Today most large commercial Banks and Brokerage houses are Jewish owned or controlled.

In the United States today, Jews control the great majority of large
Newspapers, T.V. Networks, Media Companies
as well as Banks and Financial Institutions

When Affirmative Action was created, Jews rejected it! Every major Jewish organization opposed affirmative action. They said that it reminded them of Pogrom's. (A Pogrom is a violent riot aimed at massacre or persecution of an ethnic or religious group, particularly one aimed at Jews). They said that it would have the effect of excluding them! Over time, they effectively killed it!

Jews knew that without that crutch for Blacks, they would have the field all to themselves. And they were right! Jewish wealth EXPLODED! And poor Blacks still have their hands out. That little Jewish investment of creating the NAACP, paid off many times over.

And what about the poor hapless Blacks who Fought, Bled, and Died for that legislation?

Unlike Jews and "White" Women, Blacks did not have the educational background or financial resources to participate in the economy on their own. They needed a way to even the playing field until they could build themselves up. The solution was called "Affirmative action", but it was cruelly taken away.

The last Affirmative Action program was Brought Down by the Roberts Supreme Court on Jun 29, 2023

Supreme Court strikes down affirmative action programs in college admissions

In a historic decision, the Supreme Court severely limited, if not effectively ended, the use of affirmative action in college admissions on Thursday. By a vote of 6-3, the justices ruled that the admissions programs used by the University of North Carolina and Harvard College violate the Constitution’s equal protection clause, which bars racial discrimination by government entities. Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts explained that college admissions programs can consider race merely to allow an applicant to explain how their race influenced their character in a way that would have a concrete effect on the university.

The suit was brought by "Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA)"  which is a One-Man-Show run by the Jewish conservative Edward Jay Blum (born 1952), an American conservative litigant who opposes diversity programs such as affirmative action based on race and ethnicity.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill says he is the only member of this organization, However Slate disputes this characterization, describing Blum and his organization as the recipients of wealthy and powerful right-wing benefactors. The Harvard Crimson reported that his work is funded by conservative trusts and foundations, including Donors Trust, the Searle Freedom Trust, the Sarah Scaife Foundation, and The 85 Fund.

Conservatives (read Albino Racists) have historically had two main weapons against Blacks:
1) The Supreme Court: 2) the Legislative Filibuster.

THE CONSERVATIVES MAIN WEAPON AGAINST BLACKS - THE FILIBUSTER

What is the Filibuster?

The filibuster is a prolonged debate to delay or prevent a vote on a bill, resolution, amendment, or other debatable question in the U.S. Senate. In order to end a filibuster, or get a cloture, there must be a three-fifths majority vote in favor of ending the debate. The procedural filibuster has been used to prevent the passage of gun safety legislation for decades. The filibuster has been used to stifle critical reforms for decades, but few moments have shown the need for reform more than Spring 2013. Just a few months after the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, the Senate took up a series of gun reform bills, the centerpiece of which was a bipartisan bill to expand the background check system to cover sales at gun shows and online, known as Manchin-Toomey. Despite overwhelming public support for expanding background checks – especially in the wake of a national tragedy – and a clear majority of senators supporting, 55 in total, opponents successfully filibustered the legislation.

The tactic of using long speeches to delay action on legislation appeared in the very first session of the Senate. On September 22, 1789, Pennsylvania Senator William Maclay wrote in his diary that the “design of the Virginians . . . was to talk away the time, so that we could not get the bill passed.” As the number of filibusters grew in the 19th century, the Senate had no formal process to allow a majority to end debate and force a vote on legislation or nominations.

In 1917, with frustration mounting and at the urging of President Woodrow Wilson, senators adopted a rule (Senate Rule 22) that allowed the Senate to invoke cloture and limit debate with a two-thirds majority vote. This rule was first put to the test in 1919, when the Senate invoked cloture to end a filibuster against the Treaty of Versailles. Even with the new cloture rule, however, filibusters remained an effective means to block legislation, since a two-thirds vote was difficult to obtain. The record for the longest individual speech goes to South Carolina's Strom Thurmond, who filibustered for 24 hours and 18 minutes against the Civil Rights Act of 1957.

March 10 2021 - Democrats have a choice: Abolish the filibuster and pass historic worker protection and voting rights legislation. Or, keep the filibuster and allow corporations to continue running Congress. Adam Jentleson argues for returning power to working people by ending the filibuster.

KILL THE FILIBUSTER

To end the filibuster a more complicated, but more likely, way to ban the filibuster would be to create a new Senate precedent. The chamber’s precedents exist alongside its formal rules to provide additional insight into how and when its rules have been applied in particular ways. Importantly, this approach to curtailing the filibuster—colloquially known as the “nuclear option” and more formally as “reform by ruling”—can, in certain circumstances, be employed with support from only a simple majority of senators.

The nuclear option leverages the fact that a new precedent can be created by a senator raising a point of order, or claiming that a Senate rule is being violated. If the presiding officer (typically a member of the Senate) agrees, that ruling establishes a new precedent. If the presiding officer disagrees, another senator can appeal the ruling of the chair. If a majority of the Senate votes to reverse the decision of the chair, then the opposite of the chair’s ruling becomes the new precedent.

In both 2013 and 2017, the Senate used this approach to reduce the number of votes needed to end debate on nominations.

Democrats were poised to immediately pivot to voting on a Senate rules change as a way to overcome the filibuster and approve the bill with a simple majority. But the rules change was also headed toward defeat, as Biden has been unable to persuade two holdout senators in his own party, Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and Joe Manchin of West Virginia, to change the Senate procedures for this one bill. “This is not just another routine day in the Senate, this is a moral moment,” said Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Ga. The initial vote was 49-51, short of the 60 votes needed to advance over the filibuster. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., voted no for procedural reasons so Democrats can revisit the legislation.

Qualified Immunity

Americans were first empowered to challenge police misconduct in 1871, when Congress passed a law allowing lawsuits against state and local authorities who refused to protect African Americans from—or even participated in—racial terror lynchings and other acts of racial violence by groups like the Ku Klux Klan.

In 1967, the Earl Warren Supreme Court (appointed by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1953) limited that right by announcing a legal doctrine called Qualified Immunity, ostensibly to protect government employees from frivolous lawsuits. Instead, Supreme Court precedent had effectively created, as Justice Sonia Sotomayor put it, “an absolute shield” against accountability for police officers accused of using excessive force.

Al Jazeera - After more than a year in office, President Joe Biden has not yet delivered on long-promised police reforms in the United States, leaving Black civil rights advocates and community activists disappointed. Biden’s campaign trail promise to deliver reforms came amid widespread protests in the summer of 2020 in the wake of the killings of Black Americans George Floyd and Breonna Taylor at the hands of mainly white police officers.

Israel–Hamas war

Note: We at Realhistoryww.com have long counseled Blacks to stay out of the Israeli - Palestinian fight. That is a fight where Jews (Khazar Turks) who were chased out of their stolen lands by the Slovic Rus' (Russians) also invaders, in about 900 A.D. They are now fighting Turks of the Seljuk Empire who coalesced into the Ottoman Empire and destroyed the Black Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantium) in 1453. Giving us a situation where one set of Albinos is fighting another set of Albinos and their Mulattoes over Black lands. It's just not our business, but as Human beings, we could not take any more of the slaughter, we had to speak out.

s

Manouel’s reign

The "FORMAL" name of Byzantium was "The Eastern Roman Empire".

As with the accession of his father, Manuel’s was contested. He was the youngest son of John II, and was with his father when he died in Cilicia in 1143. Even though his older brother Isaakios was still alive, and in the capital, Manuel's supporters gained control of the palace and he was able to enter Constantinople and be crowned emperor. His foreign policy was the most wide-ranging of the Komnenoi. In the Balkans he fought wars against the Serbs and Hungarians early in his reign, but, following his alliance with Bela III of Hungary, Manuel became overlord of Serbia, Bosnia, and Croatia, while gaining considerable influence in Hungary itself.

In the East Manuel extended Byzantium's boundaries by annexing much of Cilicia, buying the County of Edessa, and forcing the submission of Antioch. He was also involved in ambitious plans to conquer Egypt. The new heights to which Manuel carried Byzantine prestige amongst the crusader states can be seen in the ceremony of his triumphal entry into Antioch in 1159. Manuel made a ceremonial entry into the city on horseback while the Prince of Antioch and King of Jerusalem walked behind him on foot.

In the West Manuel had to deal with the Second Crusade and the newly united Norman kingdom of Sicily. The Second Crusade reached Byzantium in 1147 with contingents led by the German Emperor and the King of France. Although Manuel provided ships to transport the crusaders to the Holy Land, and he became friends with the German Emperor, he was largely blamed in the West for the failure of the crusade as a whole, particularly by Odo of Deuil, a chronicler in the party of Louis VII of France who proved to be an incompetent crusader and needed someone to blame. Taking advantage of Manuel's preoccupation with the crusade, Roger of Sicily sacked a number of important towns in Greece. Manuel responded by invading Italy and for a while held part of the mainland as a protectorate.

Not all of Manuel's actions were successful: in 1171 Manuel poisoned Byzantine relations with Venice by arresting and expelling her citizens from the empire and confiscating their property. Furthermore, after decades of largely ignoring Anatolia, during which time the Sultans of Iconion united most of the Turks of the region into a unified polity, he suffered a major defeat at their hands at Myriokephalon in 1176, which threatened to unravel much of his life's work.

a) Blacks plead; please Mr. President Biden stop the Jews from Slaughtering Palestinian civilians; As of 21 May 2024, over 1,478 Israeli and 35,562 Palestinian civilians have been reported as killed in the Israel–Hamas war; a better than 20 to 1 kill ratio, how many more dead do you folks need?

White House says Israel's Rafah strike and ground assault don't cross Biden's 'red line'.
Israel’s actions in Rafah so far did not represent a “major ground operation” that would
violate President Joe Biden’s warnings, the U.S. said Tuesday.

Blacks came to Joe Biden in hopes that he would help them with their problems, but a closer look at what he had already done would have told them what he was really about. Take for instance his opinion of Barak Obama:

Jan. 31, 2007 -  Quote "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."   That's Joe Biden describing fellow candidate Barack Obama. The remark was made the same day Biden filed the official paperwork to launch his presidential campaign. Biden later apologized and said the remark was taken out of context.

We all know what a stupid ignorant Cracker it takes to find it strange that the "original" Humans are intelligent, well groomed people who bath. Not withstanding many Black athletes of today with the tattoos and stupid hair.

In a 1975 Senate hearing, the legendary civil rights lawyer Jack Greenberg had something to say to freshman Sen. Joe Biden. Greenberg, longtime director of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, took Biden to task for sponsoring a bill that would limit the power of courts to order school desegregation with busing. It was a move that followed the wishes of many of Biden’s white constituents in Delaware.

So of course Biden has no interest in stopping the Slaughter in Gaza. He and the Israeli are playing a game of Genocide, while calling it "Self-Defense".

b) Blacks came to President Biden and said "Please Mr. President, stop the Supreme Court from taking away all of our rights and protections.

CNN - October 14, 2020
With the Republican-controlled Senate likely to confirm President Donald Trump’s third Supreme Court justice, creating a solid 6-3 conservative majority, some progressive members of the Democratic Party have floated the idea of expanding the size of the high court – and adding liberal justices – should Biden win and Republicans lose control of the Senate. Well Biden won but did nothing to help the people against the Trump Supreme Court.

Biden explained his inaction by saying that he is an institutionalist who has centered his campaign on a return to normalcy and civility.

The result: the Supreme took away Womans right to decide what to do with their own bodies, and Blacks lost protections in the Workplace and in their ability to Vote, not to mention protection from the Police.

Who has the power to change the size of the Supreme Court?

The Supreme Court of the United States: the Constitution does not stipulate the number of Supreme Court Justices; the number is set instead by Congress.

NEW YORK/WASHINGTON, June 29 (Reuters) - President Joe Biden said it would be a mistake to expand the membership of the U.S. Supreme Court after it struck down race-conscious admission considerations on Thursday but thinks the institution is out of touch with basic American values. The president's comments came hours after the Supreme Court struck down race-conscious student admissions programs at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina, in a sharp setback to affirmative action policies often used to increase the number of Black, Hispanic and other underrepresented minority groups on campuses.

Clearly Biden is playing us for suckers

Why Black voters are turning away from Biden
by Donavan Wilson, Opinion Contributor - 04/24/24 7:00 AM ET

Black voters have historically supported the Democratic Party for about six decades. But they are increasingly questioning the dubious return on their political investment. They were the ones who rescued Biden’s struggling presidential campaign in the 2020 primaries. Even so, they haven’t seen a payoff.

Usually, during an election cycle, politicians visit Black churches to make campaign pitches from the pulpit. Their speeches contain honeydew words and soul-stirring emotional pleas with references to Martin Luther King and civil rights leaders of the past. After the speech, candidates shake hands with the congregation. It’s all so much theater. Once in office, they deliver little or nothing that this invaluable constituency needs.

Since 2021, Biden has overlooked the concerns of the Black community, even as the administration is laser-focused on other constituencies. The White House aggressively supports migrants and gays. Ukrainians are receiving far more time and attention from the current president than Black people ever have.

Black voters are just waking up to the idea that Democrats take their loyalty for granted. Their awareness is a threat to Democrats’ very existence as a party.
If Democrats are failing Blacks, it’s inevitable that Blacks will take another look at the alternative. Trump remains manifestly unfit for the presidency, but some Black voters remember the lower gas prices and the brighter economic performance during his presidency.

“Are you better off today than you were four years ago?” Black folks are asking this question while checking their bank accounts and noticing the skyrocketing prices for goods and services. If the current trend of Black voters slowly abandoning the Democratic Party continues, it will be an important inflection point for American politics. Democrats had better wake up while there is still a chance to turn things around and make Black voters a priority.

As the old saying goes, Black voters have permanent interests, but they do not necessarily have permanent allies. They want better schools, peace and economic prosperity just like everyone else in this country. And despite old loyalties, they will ultimately vote for whatever party and candidate can deliver.

Realhistoryww will not suggest to you who you should vote for; even if you can't break away from a racist Cracker like Joe Biden, but don't forget, there is a price to be paid for being an Uncle Tom for the likes of him. They stampeded us into voting for Biden for fear of Trump, but look at where we are today. I think that perhaps we Blacks forget just where we are in the pecking order. We don't need to save the United States, it's NOT ours to Save! The United States doesn't belong to YOU, it was stolen from your ancestors as they were being enslaved and their/your history was being obliterated. Today it belongs to the people who OWN it!

We own just 4.7% of the United States, yet we should be concerned about how or who manages it? That makes no sense. Let Biden and Trump and their Cracker friends do as they wish with it. Before they can get to US with our little 4.7% they will have to go through a whole lot of Rich Crackers and Jews, let them that own it, fight for it! Just remember; society NEEDS Garbage Collectors, Bus Drivers, Workers of ALL kinds. However what it DOESN'T need is CEOs, CFOs, Chairman and Executives of every kind.

As a point of experience; as a young man, this Administrator wondered how we would survive Richard Nixon (like Biden, he had racist leanings)

The Southern strategy: In American politics, the Southern strategy was a Republican Party electoral strategy to increase political support among white voters in the South by appealing to racism against African Americans. As the civil rights movement and dismantling of Jim Crow laws in the 1950s and 1960s visibly deepened existing racial tensions in much of the Southern United States, Republican politicians such as presidential candidate Richard Nixon and Senator Barry Goldwater of Arizona developed strategies that successfully contributed to the political realignment of many white, conservative voters in the South who had traditionally supported the Democratic Party. It also helped to push the Republican Party much more to the right relative to the 1950s. By winning all of the South, a presidential candidate could obtain the presidency with minimal support elsewhere.  But we survived Nixon!

Biden desperate; trying everything to replace lost Black Votes.

For months, polls have shown President Joe Biden losing support among Black and Latino voters, potentially handing former President Donald Trump a prime opening to steal longtime Democratic loyalists in November. To replace lost Black and Brown voters the Joe Biden Presidential Campaign is trying to woo Republican Nikki Haley supporters. When Nikki Haley challenged Donald Trump for the Republican nomination she lost badly, but she often garnered 10%-20% of the vote. “If a vote for Biden is a bridge too far,” sitting out the election “is something we will take,” a Biden agent said.

It seems that the only ones willing to Vote for Joe Biden are confused Negroes
and people whose Jobs or Wealth depend on his  Presidency.

Later I wondered how we would survive Ronald Regan, he was particularly dangerous because everyone thought that he was a very amiable person. But like Trump he had a brain that was "Mush" consequently, like Trump, he was capable of anything!

<< Orignal Rapper (1981) "Gil Scott Heron" recorded a song about Reagan "B Movie" >>

Ronald Reagan was a "B" Movie actor in Hollywood before he went into politics.

Even now, after we know what a bag of crap Joe Biden is, we still wonder "Why". This has never happened in
the annals of political history before, where a politician, after securing a constituency and "WINNING" with them,  immediately
abandoned his old constituency in favor of his new constituency. What makes this situation so unusual is that Political constituency's are fluid,
they constantly change, so that friends today may not be friends tomorrow. That is why stable constituency's like Blacks who have been
reliably democratic since Franklin D. Roosevelt’s administration would seem to be unlikely targets of betrayal.

Which leaves us with the question: did Biden betray Blacks out of STUPIDITY or did he betray Blacks out of a deep seated Contempt
and Hatred? Regardless of what Trump Supporters say, or what Albino Democratic Pundits Poo-poo, thats why THEY are Trump supporters.

Whether or not they accept it, the truths found in these pages are the source of our racial discord.
Albinos understandably don't like being told that they are Albinos, and all they thought of as history is just
made-up nonsense. So we guess we'll just have to wait for things to work themselves out - slowly.

We have already survived one term of Donald Trump, and I'm not willing to

let that Cracker Joe Biden get away with making a fool of us, so personally I may just sit this one out.

The obvious solution would be for the Democratic Convention to draft a NEW candidate and send Biden packing.
But failing that, let the cry be heard around the land - Please Mr. President Trump, be gentle with us, we are just along for the ride.

Isn't it time for a change?
