The Uros people of Peru and Bolivia. When conquered by the Inca empire, they had to pay taxes to the Inca, and often were made slaves. That is why, throughout the Americas, Mongols aligned themselves with the Albinos to conquer the Black Empires of the Americas. After the Black Empires were defeated, the Albinos turned on the Mongol Americans. Some silly Mongols, after realizing that the Albinos had lied to them, actually tried to sue the Albinos to keep their promises. By 1650 the Indian population of the Caribbean, Mexico-Central America and South America, was approximately fifteen (15) million people total – when you can kill 85 million people in only about 160 years, you really like killing! (Btw - The term “Red Skins” comes from the color of their bodies after they had been scalped by Albinos to prove them dead so as to collect the “Bounty”).
[Quote] Gov. Charles Lawrence of Canada issued a resolution calling for scalping in 1756 against the Micmac and other Indians. His proclamation said:
And, we do hereby promise, by and with the consent of His Majesty’s Council, a reward of 30 pounds for every live male Indian prisoner, above the age of sixteen years, brought in alive; or for a scalp of such male Indian twenty-five pounds, and twenty-five pounds for every Indian woman or child brought in alive: Such rewards to be paid by the Officer commanding at any of His Majesty’s Forts in this Province, immediately upon receiving the Prisoners or Scalps above mentioned, according to the intent and meaning of this Proclamation. This proclamation is still on the books. A motion in 2008 to reverse it did not pass. However, the Canadian government says it is not in effect.
[Quote] Hannah Dustin, the first woman in the United States honored with a statue, was honored for scalping Indians. The statue shows her holding Indian scalps in her left hand and can be seen in Boscawen, New Hampshire.
[Quote] The Dutch governor of Manhattan, Willem Kieft, offered the first bounty in North America for Indian scalps in 1641, only 21 years after the Puritans landed at Plymouth Rock. The Massachusetts Bay Colonyfirst offered $60 per Indian scalp in 1703. The English and the French introduced scalping to Indians. The governors of the colonies instituted scalping as a way for one Indian tribe to help them eliminate another tribe, and to have colonists eliminate as many Indians as possible. In an article for The American Historical Review, Benjamin Madley wrote in 2015, “Policymakers offered bounties for Native American heads or scalps in at least twenty-three states of their colonial, territorial, or Mexican antecedents.”
[Quote] The New Hampshire legislature authorized scalping Indians in 1724, paying 100 pounds for each male scalp turned in. Women’s scalps typically brought half of what men’s scalps did, and children’s scalps brought half of women’s. But white men got paid for bringing in the scalp of a 10-year-old Indian child. As the most racist killers, Col. John Chivington, said before ordering the attack on peaceful Cheyenne on the banks of Sand Creek: “Damn any man who sympathizes with Indians. Kill and scalp all, big and little; nits make lice.” It was better to kill an Indian child than to let him grow up and kill you.
[Quote] John Glanton, an outlaw who made a fortune scalping Indians in Mexico, was caught turning in scalps and ran back to the U.S. before he was caught. He and his outlaw gang had collected over 500 scalps, which in today’s money would make them almost millionaires. The Yuma Indians killed him in 1850, and ironically scalped him.
[Quote] Kit Carson, perhaps one of the most famous guides and mountain men, also scalped several Indians in his career, which took him all over the West. He scalped his first Indian when he was 19 years old. But he also married an Arapaho Indian woman, Singing Grass, and had a daughter with her before she died.[End quote].
A Fort Worth, Texas, police officer fatally shot Atatiana Jefferson 28, while she was babysitting her nephew over the weekend. He resigned Monday, hours before the police department was going to fire him. Interim Police Chief Ed Kraus announced at a news conference that he intended to end Officer Aaron Dean's employment, but that Dean tendered his resignation first. Dean, who joined the department in April 2018, still faces criminal charges as well as possible civil rights violations, Kraus said. The police initially said that after he “Perceiving a threat, the officer drew his duty weapon and fired one shot. Dean was initially placed on administrative leave following the killing of the victim. He has NOT been cooperating with investigators in the case, Kraus said.

The New York Times - Oct. 13, 2019
WASHINGTON — A video depicting a macabre scene of a fake President Trump shooting, stabbing and brutally assaulting members of the news media and his political opponents was shown at a conference for his supporters at his Miami Doral golf resort last week, according to footage obtained by The New York Times.
Several of Mr. Trump’s top surrogates — including his son Donald Trump Jr., his former spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders and the governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis — were scheduled to speak at the three-day conference, which was held by a pro-Trump group, American Priority. Ms. Sanders and a person close to Mr. Trump’s son said on Sunday that they did not see the video at the conference.
The clip, in which Trump’s face is superimposed on Colin Firth’s character from the Kingsman: The Secret Service film, shows the president killing people with the logos of news organizations like CNN, the BBC and Politico on their heads. Logos for Buzzfeed news, the Washington Post, Black Lives Matter and Barack Obama’s presidential campaign were also pasted onto victims of Firth’s character in the film’s church massacre scene – rebranded the “church of fake news”.
And finally, when the Albinos have no Black or Mongol Indians to murder, and they have no unarmed Black citizens to murder: They Murder each other OR murder “THEMSELVES”.
As of September 1, 2019 which was the 244th day of the year, there have been 283 mass shootings in the U.S., according to data from the nonprofit Gun Violence Archive (GVA), which tracks every mass shooting in the country. The GVA defines a mass shooting as any incident in which at least four people were shot, excluding the shooter. The number of mass shootings across the U.S. thus far in 2019 has outpaced the number of days this year. This puts 2019 on pace to be the first year since 2016 with an average of more than one mass shooting a day.
The State of Montana is 90% Albino and 0.43% Black. Although Albinos have all the wealth and benefits, they commit suicide at a 29 per 100,000 rate, which is the highest in the US. So although Albinos are less than 50% of the U.S. population (we estimate 35-40%) they have over 90% of the wealth of the United States, and all of the societal benefits, but still they feel the need to kill - even themselves. See the chart below.
